The Papillon T-Dress "Delaware Window Supply"

Somewhere between a couture cocktail dress and spliced up vintage tees lies the description of The Papillon T-Dress - our signature T-Dress. Like its cousin, the Bungalow 8 T-Dress, you are free to chose if you feel like rocking it as a mini dress, or for the ultimate 2000's statement, over your low-waisted jeans. Ironic statements abound the Papillon T-Dresses, an absolute must and le nec-plus-ultra of the noughties. And like its other cousin, The Teddy's Tube,  cording at the side seams let's you adjust the Papillon Dress' length. Cut outs @ shoulders are adorned with glitter or sequined tulle depending on style. Reversible.
